We use data to operate the platform, manage accounts, display your name in leaderboards, and enable HR administrators to verify your challenge submissions.

Your name is visible to colleagues in leaderboards. Detailed records are only visible to designated validators and HR administrators. We do not share your personal data with third parties.

We implement robust measures including encryption and secure Firebase infrastructure to protect your information.
